RE: What did you do today? - Nanno - 07-19-2014 Cool shirt! What did you paint it with? RE: What did you do today? - deschutes dawn - 07-19-2014 Whoa, I wouldn't want to meet that goat on the trail! He would make a great guard goat. RE: What did you do today? - sydneyjd - 07-27-2014 Neat!! RE: What did you do today? - Taffy - 07-28-2014 Today I found out Bourbon's younger 1/2 brother, Banjo, is coming "home" on Thursday! Woohoo! He's a month younger than Bourbon. Yes, he's another "no ears." I'll post photos after he arrives. RE: What did you do today? - sydneyjd - 07-29-2014 I've been checking my goats poop for worm eggs. My biggest producer has a overabundance of either liver flukes,or twisted stomach worms. I counted 81 eggs in her tiny sample!! I also saw a couple thread-neck-nematodes. Would Valbazen work good for them? RE: What did you do today? - sydneyjd - 07-29-2014 Sugar had 206 eggs!! RE: What did you do today? - Nanno - 07-29-2014 So I take it you got a microscope and are learning how to use it. Good for you! This will sure help you figure out what deworming medicines to use, how often, and whether they're working. That's a great first step to getting your herd healthy and productive! RE: What did you do today? - Taffy - 07-30-2014 Tried to stay cool! Yesterday was 106* which beat our record of 105*. The cold Columbia River is beginning to sound good! RE: What did you do today? - sydneyjd - 07-31-2014 i sweat at the sound. Was it humid? |
