Greetings from Thurston county - flatheadtad - 09-05-2019 My goats told me that they are tired of hanging out in our yard and eating the same stuff all of the time. I am looking for places that I can hike with them in the South Puget Sound area. I would love any suggestions. I have two boer siblings, a doe, Lucy, and wether, Edward and a nubian boer mix, Peter. Tad RE: Greetings from Thurston county - Nanno - 09-05-2019 Welcome! There are lots of packgoat people in your state. (I am not one of them but I know quite a few.) I hope you have many great adventures and meet some wonderful friends along the way! If you ever get a chance, post some photos of your "crew." RE: Greetings from Thurston county - Charlie Horse - 09-06-2019 My uncle lived there when I was younger. Those old growth forests are sure amazing places to hike. Bring you sasquach spray and your blurriest camera! RE: Greetings from Thurston county - Perry - 09-09-2019 I don't know Thurston county very well, but a couple of ideas: the stock trails in Capitol forest or Pack forest near Eatonville. |
