Are.there instructions here anywhere how.to load pictures to a post?

Hit the black "New Reply" button at the bottom right of the last post (and right above the "Quick Reply" box).
Scroll to the bottom and you'll see "New Attachment" in bold on the bottom left with a "Choose File" button next to it.
Click "Choose File" and upload the file from your computer (you have to upload files one at a time).
Then click the "Add Attachment" button on the right.
If your photo is too big it will give an error message and it just means you need to shrink the photos on your computer before you can upload them.
