Must be fake. There were no pack goats in 1999. They're a new invention. 80% of pack goats are not even old enough to pack weight yet.

how do you figure that there weren't packgoats in 1999? The Goat Tracks magazine dates back to 1995

They were packing goats in Mongolia and Tibet 2000 years ago. They are scribe in stone walls by ancient people. Given the over all history of the planet I guess that is relatively new.
