New to Pack Goats

I'm new to the pack goat. I live in western NC. I'm very interested in getting some goats. My buddy and I have took a couple trips to CO elk hunting and do backcountry hunts here in NC and in CO.  We're very excited about getting some goats. Wanting to get 4 wiethers but having a hard time finding any on the east coast.  Looking into a Alpine/Saanen Cross.  Lookin forward to learning more on the pack goat.

Welcome! If you have time and don't want to start packing right away, the easiest (but longest) way to get wethers is to buy buckling kids next spring and raise them yourself.
