4 sets of panniers, saddles, pads, extras

I have 4 brand new sets (1 set used twice) of panniers, saddles, and pads. I also have some screws for staking out and a tether line. I bought it all last summer and paid  a little over $2k for everything before taxes and shipping. Looking to sell it all for $1600. Would rather meet in person to sell, but can ship.
