Goat packing in BC Parks

Does anyone know what the by-laws are about packing in BC Parks? I can't find any online information and my plan is to start taking my March 2015 kids out for little jaunts once they are weaned.

I would call one of the park offices and ask a biologist or administrator. Sometimes they can cut to the chase and give you direct answers instead of confusing regulation books and by laws.
