I have tried to teach that particular behaviour several times but have found that goats have serious abandonment issues once the have bonded to their humans.

I would add a ground target (small mat or even teach her to target to the rope lying on the ground) to make this easier to understand. And you will have to reinforce heavily the standing alone and increase distance and duration in very, very small increments.
