Thanks, I felt much better the next day and I'm almost back to normal now. We're heading out to take the boys for a nice drive this morning.

Oh good! I just got home after hiking almost 30 miles the last 5 days. I'm in pain (heel spurs, ouch, every step hurt), and the goats and I are exhausted. I'll post photos when I get a chance, it was an amazing trip!
