I'm not a big fan of the Purina minerals either. For one thing, they contain a lot of salt which limits intake. But the goats also prefer the way the Purina minerals taste (compared to Manna Pro), so mixing it with the Manna Pro tends to make them eat more. I'm not so concerned about the 2:1 Ca/P ratio in the Purina minerals when it's mixed with a better brand. The soil is a bit calcium deficient in my area so I have to feed extra calcium in the form of alfalfa or alfalfa pellets anyway.
