I'm not sure where to find leeches this time of year in Colorado, so I went to the ER where alas, they declined to prescribe leeches. I was hoping I'd at least walk away with a nice raw, green steak to slap over my eye, but they didn't prescribe that either.

I feel like I should watch Rocky tonight. Isn't there a scene during the big fight where his eye swells shut and they slice the lower lid open with a razor blade?
