Hi,
I am new to Pack Goats - so new I don't own any . . . yet. I will be picking two kids up this summer and crossing several state lines on the way home. I *thought* I needed a CVI, but when I read the federal reg, the CFR (9 CFR 79.3) says:
"No sexually intact animal of any age or castrated animal 18 months of age and older"
So, I am wondering, if I am bringing wethers home, does this reg even apply to me? I plan to check with my home state to make sure I know what they expect but I'm wondering if I need to worry about the state sin between...
