Goat milker sanitization?

Ok,I have a stainless dual goat milker,(here) http://www.partsdeptonline.com/COMPLETE-...962685G-2/ and I am wondering how to clean it better and more efficiently. At the moment it takes me longer to clean it then it actually takes me to milk my goats!!
The hose are difficult to separate,and I dont want to get the pulsator wet,
