Wind River Closure Update
#12
I want to thank all of you who are at the forefront of this fight for your commitment in seeing this through.

In reading the minutes it's obvious they are still using the same studies and continue to lump packgoats in with sheep. I don't like the idea of having the best management practices "study" done in an area that right now has no restrictions on packgoats. It makes an open area restricted.

I am looking forward to seeing Dr. Besser's peer reviewed and published study results. If, in fact, a nasal swab and vet certificate stating a packgoat tested negative for MOV combined with other "best management practices" permits us to use packgoats in National Forests and on BLM lands so be it.

Do I want to be this regulated and under the microscope? No. Am I willing to be so I can take my goats into National Forests and onto BLM lands? Yes.
