As far as goats being close to my tent when they are highlined, yes they are. Within 20' away. Putting them in a trailer at night is a moot point because we are 18+ miles from the Trailhead in the most remote, rugged areas known to man.
But arguing with the FS personnel about high-lining is futile. It is a weak argument.
Nasal swab testing is our best shot, I think. Time will tell.
