Sounds like you suffered from people in charge forgetting that its all about show biz. Your goats are stars and as their agent, I think you need to negotiate some better terms for them. Main walkway displays with their names in lights. Personal motorhomes with catered boots and tin cans. And there had better be bottled water shipped directly from Tibet before it gets warm. If you can pull this off, I hear they're willing to cut you in 15% rather than the current 10%.

I think we could easily manage catered boots and tin cans if we just solicit donations from the crowds. There was already plenty of paper and junk food to go around. I don't think my goats would care much about water from Tibet, but I know they'd love the bottles.
