Blue Mountains Forest Plan Revision

I'm new to this forum and new to goat packing. I'm currently raising 7 Alpines, Obers, and Sables for packing for hunting in Washington and Idaho primarily.

I was hoping to use my goats when I finally draw a spring bear tag for the Blue Mountains of Washington. Are pack goats currently prohibited from Wenaha?
