Has anyone ever hiked the Bears Ear National Monument in Utah? I was just reading about it and looking at photos. It's an amazing area. I had so much fun in the San Rafael Swell with Charlie Horse, Nanno, Phil-O-Rama, Packgoatlarry and Eldon I think might be another destination for us.

Yeah that looks great. Its been getting a lot of attention in this state lately as some do and some don't want the federal government involved with it.

I've driven around that area but I've never hiked it. It looks very similar to what we encounter when we go to Escalante (and it's not all that far from Escalante as the crow flies).
