Hello from Southern Arizona, I have 4 alpine packgoats .We hike in Sonoita Az. We take people out on day trips. So glad there is a site for pack goat enthusiasts ?I feel pack goats are a growing trend. And by the way,I grew up in New England and think about back .

Welcome! Goat packing is indeed a growing trend! There are a few others from AZ around here as well. Did you know that the North American Packgoat Rendezvous is happening in Colorado this year? Usually it's much further north (I think it's been 10 years since the Rendy was last held this far south), so if you want to get to one, this might be the year for you. Hi Charlie Horse, I take people out in the higher desert. 4900 feet. Trees, grass, cooler elevation. Goatsrule
