goats Medicine Bow - Routt National Forest?

I'm wondering if anyone knows of any regulations against pack goats in the Medicine Bow and Routt National Forests (Wyoming).  I'm thinking about doing a weeks goat-packing up there this year.

Thanks!  That's what I was looking for.  No specific mention of pack goats, just generic "stock".
