The Washington State Department of Wildlife (WDFW) has proposed a ban of packgoats on 12 wildlife management areas. This would ban packgoats on roughly 68% of the PUBLIC lands the WDFW manages!

If this proposed regulation is adopted it will quickly spread to other states. You do not need to be a Washington state resident to comment.
