Packer Prospects Oberhasli Bucklings
#1
Instead of posting a new thread for each buckling I am just going to make this a running thread (we have bucklings every year Big Grin). Our herd is CAE/CL tested negative as of January 2015 and we keep a closed herd. Please call (509) 732-6177 for more info (just include which buckling # you are interested in Smile).

Thanks!

Buckling #1
**UPDATE: PENDING**

The sale fell through on this handsome boy so he is back on the market. He is out of our best "packer" doe (her trademark is looong legs on her kids), and her kids always grow fast (she produces a ton of cream). He is currently being dam raised and has his horns.

Buckling #2 born 4/10/15. "Frank" weighed 8.5 pounds at birth and seems to have good size potential. He is out of a two year old dam who weighs about 130#s currently. He is being dam raised and has his horns.

Buckling #3 "Jesse", born 4/10/15 and "Frank's" twin brother weighed 8 pounds at birth. He also seems to have good size potential.

Thank you! We are making a run down to Marcola OR to pick up a few new kids around the 8th of May. If anybody is interested in some of these boys, I can bring them meet along the way...

Buckling #4 born 4/17/15 weighed 9.1 pounds at birth. He has nice length of leg and should make a nice packer. However, if someone wants him as a buck, he is out of my best combo (favorite doe and best buck). His dam is a grade, hence only partial registration through IDGR.

Buckling #5 is the twin of buckling #4 and weighed 8.5 pounds at birth. Both of these boys have their horns.

I am unable to post pictures right now, but can send pics upon request.

Both boys are still available. Here is a current picture of one of them.

New year and new kids.  This year I only have one buckling available (they sold so fast!).

Polled Oberhasli buckling for sale.  DOB: 3/14/16.  Sire is ADGA registered.  Buckling is not eligible for ADGA registration as his dam is registered grade.  However he can be registered with IDGR.  His dam has a lovely fore udder and milked 1 gallon per day as a yearling FF.  He would be a great herdsire or pack wether (he is solid!).  Price is $125 unregistered or $150 with IDGR papers.  Please comment or PM for more info.  Thanks!

***His twin sister is a tank as well (even bigger than he is)!  This guy should be big***

I don't have current pictures of him, but will get them as soon as I can.

Pictures of Sire and Dam available upon request.

Two more bucklings available.  One polled one horned.  I have pictures of the polled buckling, but I will need to get pics of the horned boy.  DOB for polled boy is 3/17/16 and 4/28/16 for the horned boy.  Pictures of parents available upon request.  Our goats are tested CAE/CL neg. and we keep a closed herd.  PM or comment for more info.
Thanks! Big Grin
