I came across this Chevre (goat cheese) recipe on one of my favorite cooking websites. It sounds fairly easy to make. If only I had access to a large supply of pasteurized goat milk! If anyone decides to try this (looking at YOU Nanno, seeing as you have some does in milk these days ), let me know how it turns out!
