Bull Elk in West Richland!

Was heading into town and look what showed up in one of the crop circles not 4 miles from my house!

That bull is very old. He has arthritic shoulders. I hope no one shots him. He is just way too nice to shoot.

So beautiful. We've had a couple that size around here and every hunting season I wonder if their number will be up this time around. I'm always amazed when they jump our pasture fence with a huge rack like that.

Well tomorrow it will be legal to shoot him if he is still around. At least for the property owner. That unit is any elk.

Where did he wander in from? There must be a herd somewhere close. You always see those guys after the season is over!

Well like Nebs said, season is still on But aside from the Hanford herd, Ive never even heard of any elk around here cept maybe out north pasco way.
